@LLaaksoWriter "Oh cool. How is it?"
Brilliant, better than I imagined. I picked it up in the two for one credit Audible sale.
"(Stephen Fry does an amazing job as Sherlock Holmes narrator, btw.)"
I've heard his Holmes narration he's great. My preference is for full-cast, music, and effects.

@ElizaH64344 Still wonderful, still brilliant, still that mad glint in the eye. 😊

@AuthorJMac Very busy with housework most of today. Hoping to read quietly now and drink tea.
English

@dept42 Thank you!
I hope you're having a good day. (Someone has to, right?)
English

@JMSimpsonauthor 😬 Oh boy, what could go wrong with that. 😁 I really hope he was joking.

I can't believe how long I've been waiting for season two and I noticed it's available now, brilliant. That's tonight's entertainment sorted.😊 #DeadLoch

Finished watching the season finale of #Deadloch Great series, very funny, superb whodunnit, bit sweary*. Just need season two now, please. Watch it on Prime. *A lot, but Eddie gets away with it by being brilliant and very funny.😁

@LucyChalice "What are your Friday plans (and faces)?"
Lots of housework but I'm struggling to choose what audiobook I want to listen to, (priorities).
My face pictured below.😬😁

@AuthorJMac You'll have to forgive me but your written English is so good I often forget you're Polish. I totally mean this as a compliment.
English

@dept42 Yeah, I understand the reasoning, and I take no offense when people do it. But, as I said, my name is [in Polish] Joanna, not [in English] Joanna, so we don't shorten it to "Jo" and it feels foreign to me. More like an unrelated nickname than my name. :)
English

@ont_stoop It was quite a small cake to begin with and I'd already eaten other things.😁🤷🏼
English

@AuthorJMac We just end up shortening people's names for our convenience. Something you can't do with mine.
English

@AuthorJMac I'm English, you probably would quickly become Jo to your English friends if you lived here, unless you asked them to call you Joanna. Calling you Jo from an English perspective would be because you were liked, loved by your friends and would never mean to be offensive or rude.
