@_tabutabu I think you should consider the process of creation as the rewarding experience over successful distribution.

Isn't it so sad that you and your buddies sacrifice your time and money to direct a short film in the most professional way possible, and after a mildly successful distribution plan, it ends up rotting on one of their 1000 external disks that are building up dust on a memory box

@Just_In_Dreamer @Bandcamp If that does happen it would definitely help both indie game developers and independent music artists. I'd be interested to see what sort of licence deals they would offer and the percentage cut they would take from this.

@dereckdac @Bandcamp If any of their recent acquisitions are anything to go by, they'll likely be very hands-off. What I'm guessing we're going to see in the future is the possibility of Unreal 5 users to browse and licence music directly from Bandcamp, which is a win-win for both devs and musicians
