The first TV network to use All-22 as its live broadcast angle will spark a football educational revolution and make a fortune along the way.

You’d think if you fire your coach week 6 there’d be a plan in place for a new one.

Zuriah Fisher has been a reliable force on the defensive interior for Penn State football this season. But off the field, Fisher's success is even more remarkable: “He has a storybook telling,” Terry Smith said Wednesday. “[Torn] two ACLs. Mom passed while he’s here on campus, the truest of adversity. "And yet, here he is, playing exceptional football for us. Overachieving, fighting all the odds, and I’m super proud of him. A kid that had that much adversity could easily quit and walk away from the sport. He’s got his degree. I’m probably more proud about that than even the football. I promised his mom that he would get that. "He’s just been a great kid, and he’s reaping the reward of hard work.” #WeAre #PennState

Ran my first half marathon this weekend. Tough race, goal was 1:40, finished in 1:44. Didn’t hit the mark, but proud of the effort and the lessons. The next challenge is already calling.

@buchignani PSU x Nike go hand in hand. When I was being recruited and playing at PSU, Nike vs. Adidas was a real factor. Times change, but my connection between the 2 hasn’t. Apparently that makes me a dumb asshole

Just my opinion, but don’t be surprised if Will Howard ends up the biggest steal of this draft.

For five years, Evan Royster laced up his cleats for Penn State. By the end of it, his name was atop the history books, and it’s still there 15 years later. On Royster’s journey from high school lacrosse star to the Nittany Lions’ all-time leading rusher: psucollegian.com/football/the-f…

OUTCOME > EGO One of the biggest issues I’ve observed over the years in coaching, and I’ve seen this in every single sport: Coaches will try to prove themselves right, rather than actually be right. So many coaches are unbelievably resistive to feedback & collaboration and it ruins their ability to make outcome based decisions. They are driven by their own personal pride rather than working to get their athletes the best results. ❌ “This is how it’s always been done” ❌ “My way or the highway” ❌ “We don’t do that here” I’ve seen older coaches completely ignore younger coaches because of their “lack of experience.” I’ve seen younger coaches completely ignore older coaches because they think they know everything. ✅ OPEN your mind ✅ CHALLENGE your own ideas ✅ ADAPT to inevitable change ✅ COLLABORATE with your athletes ✅ TEST new ideas ✅ LEARN from everyone
