A super important psychiatric skill I’m learning is understanding when an individual would benefit from mental health treatment, but doesn’t need to be on a locked inpatient unit. Seems obvious, but it isn’t always clear cut.

@derekw518 @Deedee21991333 @RyanMarino @amybarnhorst My beef is that many often believe that 2mg is ineffective but 3-4 mg will cause respiratory depression. This is what I mean when I say the perception of bentos being ineffective as monotherapy is a dosing issue.
