@paleonormie Indeed biggest benefit of exercising enough (1000+ cal/day) is that you get to eat very normal carb heavy diet while staying lean
It's to the point that I think that's how human is supposed to exist cause then our normal foods just hit our macros with no proteinmaxxing.

You actually do have to prioritize protein to a psychotic degree when you’re sedentary
Manual labor guys eat like 6000 calories a day, you get adequate protein from Funyuns at that point

@CarSighting My parents had one when I was a child, the storage spots under the floormats were perfect for forgetting things in. The 2.0 and automatic combo drank fuel like an American though. Saw the same car around the neighborhood for many years after my parents sold it

Version control like "git" is just creating more work for everyone involved. There is no reason for this to be so complicated, convoluted, opaque, and behaving like it knows best. It should not require the user to know a billion commands and "tricks" to use. It's unscalable.
