This is a strong disappointment regarding the fact that Dino’s first solo album - that may be his last activity before military enlistment - is being released solely under his alter-ego name, "Picheolin," completely erasing his own stage name and character as an individual. Dino has always strictly separated Picheolin from himself, and his fans have consistently maintained that same stance as well. The reason we have supported for Picheolin was that Dino took a poorly planned, flat concept given by the production team and managed to breathe life into the character by his own hard work and talent. However, from the moment the company began to fall back on his effort and talent to cover up their own lackluster planning, fans could no longer purely enjoy that character. We feared that if we showed positive reactions, this complacent company would simply continue to trot out Dino as Picheolin indefinitely. In fact, haven't you already been doing this—using a character created in 2021 for promotional content for a different unit in 2026? Regardless of whose idea this mini album was, it is an ultimate failure of promotion planning. Do you truly believe this is right—starting an activity that should be filled with more excitement and longing than anything else, while so many people are already disheartened before it even begins? When the first teaser dropped yesterday, the majority of people reacted by saying, "There must be something else coming after this." If that is the reaction, then the project is just a failure from the very start. Ultimately, an artist must release their work to the public and be prepared to receive not just blind support, but also criticism and feedback. Please do not dismiss the voices being raised now as mere hate. These are the voices of the people who truly support Dino’s career and stand by him more than anyone else. While some Carats are arguing that we shouldn't assume Picheolin as just a funny character, several Instagram magazines are promoting this album as a “comedy" simply because of the “Picheolin” alter-ego. Do you still believe the current voices of Dino’s fans are "attacks" rather than valid criticism? We are the ones who want to support his solo activities more than anyone and have waited for so long. We demand his solo activities that establishes 'Dino' as a fully talented artist, rather than hiding him behind the name Picheolin.
