As the official event organiser, we have an update regarding this year's Blackpool Air Show. Sadly, the RAF Red Arrows won’t be performing at the 2026 event due to other commitments. We know how much everyone looks forward to seeing their dramatic entrance over The Blackpool Tower and their thrilling display will be missed by us all this year. That being said, we fully respect the important role they play representing the UK around the world and we can’t wait to welcome them back in the future. The great news is the Royal Air Force are still heavily supporting Blackpool. The roaring Typhoon and the historic Battle of Britain Memorial Flight will both take to the skies over our seafront during the two-day event on 8 & 9 August. The Blackpool Air Show remains one of the UK's most iconic free events. Over the coming weeks, we’ll be revealing the full programme of high-impact displays, crowd favourites and exciting new additions to ensure it’s another world-class weekend for everyone ❤️
