Before the payment, their staff ( Anjali Singh) was very responsive. Now, it takes days to get any reply. I don’t get how they are unable to trace a transaction despite. This level of inefficiency is extremely frustrating and reflects poorly on their service.

@Bright_Champs NRIs should be cautious before signing up. The service may seem fine when everything goes smoothly, but if any issue arises, the support after payment is very disappointing.

I prepaid $1,200 for my child’s math classes, but it has been over three weeks and the classes still haven’t started. BrightChamps claims they cannot locate the payment, even though I’ve provided my credit card transaction details and statement.

@joinabound @timesofindia — this is a scam. I transferred an amount over 15 days ago. App says both delivered & money is also taking longer than usual at the same time. Trying to contact support for a week no response. No human support, no number, just a bot. Unacceptable.
