small bodies still need rest. my sacral baby still naps twice a day or else she doesn’t sleep well at night. i also let her play a little longer than i would a non-sacral child to give her an extra sense of play well done!

@designedlightx Ohhh that’s a five line thing too? My weight has fluctuated a lot over my lifetime as well. I can gain and lose weight very fast. I was wondering if anything in HD explained that.

there were so many comments on my weight this weekend. as a historically skinny person whose weight always fluctuates, this is the heaviest i’ve ever been. as a 5 line weight will constantly shift, but the projections are crazy. i’m not even sad, just seeing so clearly that my body is in the projection field.

my markets environments is calling me to shift. one thing i know for certain is that i am closing some doors. it’s just time to move on from ppl and places that are out of season. maybe one day things can be different but rn i need some fresh, full of life, and familiar.
