Summarizing Chad's post, to meter expectations: What to expect today with the #ClarityAct: 10:30am EST start. Committee opens with amendments, brief debates, and votes on each one. Passed amendments get added to the bill, failed ones get discarded. This process will continue through the afternoon until ALL amendments are addressed, followed by the final vote to move it out of committee. With the amount of amendments, this could easily stretch into a second day (5/15). Good luck #XRPArmy 🫡

What to expect tomorrow on the Clarity Act: They’ll start at 10:30am with opening remarks. The Senate Committee will open up to reading the amendments, and they will allow a “short” debate per with a vote on that amendment. If the vote fails, the amendment is discarded. If the vote passes they will add it to the existing bill. They will do this until lunch.. take a break. After they come back, they will continue all afternoon with the same process. They will keep going until ALL amendments have been voted on. After that, they will make a final vote to move it out of committee. With the amount of amendments, I don’t see this ending early.. it could take all day. It’s very possible they table it for a second day. Either way, they currently have the votes for passing it out.

army-3:native broke out of the downward trendline and looking to retest the 0.236 Fib from the upside - a decent sign. Ideally I'd like to see it hold above $5.3M. If it doesn't, areas around 3.3–4M are worth watching. And naturally, if $XRP heads lower, army-3:native will follow - though even in that scenario, I'd be surprised to see it drop much below 2M.

Susan Athey, former Ripple Board member, and Robbie Mitchnick, now Head of Digital Assets at BlackRock, developed the 2018 “Fundamental Valuation Framework for Cryptoassets,” also known by many as the Athey x Mitchnick model. A framework built to explain how digital assets like $XRP could theoretically be valued through utility, liquidity, velocity, and global adoption. I plugged this into Grok, who broke down how $XRP could theoretically be valued based on capturing percentages of SWIFT’s daily volume. 1% of SWIFT volume: ~$34 10% of SWIFT volume: ~$42 50% of SWIFT volume: ~$75 100% of SWIFT volume: ~$117 This model was developed 8 years ago.
