Bournemouth sold *check notes* Zabarnyi for £57m, Huijsen £50m, Kerkez £40m, Ouattara £45m and Semenyo for £65m in January for a very grand total of £257m *checks maths. not a strength*. Bournemouth continued playing attractive, winning football, ending the season unbeaten in 18, sixth in the table and qualified for Europe for the first time ever in their 127 years. Iraola has done a magnificent job – and so has Bournemouth’s recruitment department. Kroupi and Scott the latest gems being polished. Senesi, a £12m signing from Feyenoord four years ago, leaves a free agent to Spurs with plenty of good wishes following his fine defensive service over 128 games. Bournemouth get good value out of players and/or good value for them. Well-run club. Pity that Iraola is leaving and missing out on the European adventure that he helped secure. Leaves team in good shape for incoming Rose. Coaches and players...it's all in the succession planning. #AFCB

These have been a great read this season, and it’s definitely worth #NFFC fans grabbing a copy while they’re Trent side this weekend. The WhatsApp group snapshots are perfect as we all have them and I’d guess you could go back and find exactly the same thing being said through the season whoever your group of mates are. The articles from @Battlemuch4WW and @desoldham were my personal favourites but there’s some great stuff throughout, and some of my ramblings in part two. As someone who still buys a match programme every week I’m very appreciative of fanzines, I try and pick up the odd copy from an away day as well, Sunderland’s this year was a particularly good read, and as the game becomes more plastic and soulless they’re definitely worth supporting if you can.

The trip I always wanted to do someday…
I wrote a piece today for @ohmistrolling rating all my awaydays this season:
• Premier League - 19/19 ✅
• League Cup - 1/1 ✅
• FA Cup - 1/1 ✅
• Europa League - 8/8 ✅
Won - 10, Drew - 6, Lost - 13 - 29/29 ✅
Despite doing my absolute all over the past few years, it’s the first time I’ve been lucky and privileged enough to do them all 🔴⚪️
What a season!!! Incredible ups, mixed in with some extreme lows…. I’ve been lost, I’ve been found but I don’t feel down!
Every single one of them provided a stories and memories to cherish forever! Some of those wins are right up there in the best away days ever. The friendships and Forest fam feel good has gone to whole new level ❤️
Especially, loved travelling more than ever with my wife, Ben, Glenn, Kate and the rest of the gang! Making new mates from home but on the road. Not to mention my continental buddies. Only football does this 🙌
From getting soaked in Swansea, to shitfaced in Toon, whatever life throws at me, nothing will ever stop me travelling half way around the world, for my team 🤷🏻♂️
Literally, for someone who lives as close to the City Ground as I do 14,500 miles, 58% of the circumference…
