@desperationacts It's so wonderful when it happens, it sometimes happens to me around this time (iirc its about 12:30 over there) and nothing better that reaching home in about the same time it would take in a car

whoever is driving this night bus has places to be and for that i’m thankful

@taybeIly at this age tho…i’m beyond over the culture as a whole and the way people talk about celebrities is very strange to observe from the outside, both the parasocial aspect of it or the weird way they talk about just regular people who happen to be famous

@taybeIly i can’t say i’m completely above it because fandoms are the reason i joined internet spaces at a young age but even then i found the whole thing weird…i always got at the level of admiring someone or liking their public persona but i could never go beyond that

there is so much to be said about fandom culture and how deeply unnatural it is to "stan" a celebrity... why are you worshipping and deifying a person who is as much flesh and blood as you are. it's troubling
