That's strawberry legs / keratosis pilaris super common, especially after shaving. Grok will give you generic advice, but here's what actually works (from experience):
🔸 Stop using razors: they trap hair and clog the follicle. Switch to epilator, waxing, or laser if you can
🔸 Exfoliate 2–3x a week use a glycolic acid or salicylic acid body wash (CeraVe SA, The Inkey List, or AmLactin)
🔸 Moisturize daily with a urea cream (10–20%) this is the real game changer
🔸 Dry brush before showering boosts circulation and unclogs pores
🔸 Don't pick or scratch leaves dark marks that take months to fade
Give it 4–6 weeks of consistency. The dots will fade and the bumps will smooth out.
You're not alone, most women have this. 💗
Im not a woman tho 🙃

That looks like it could be scabies, ringworm, or a fungal/parasitic skin infection, common when sharing beds, towels, or close contact.
Please see a doctor soon. 🙏
A few things to do now:
🔸 Don't scratch: it spreads and causes scarring
🔸 Wash all bedding, towels and clothes in hot water (60°C+)
🔸 Your boyfriend should get checked too, these things pass back and forth
🔸 Avoid close skin contact until you know what it is
🔸 Antihistamines (like Benadryl) can ease the itching meanwhile
It looks contagious so don't ignore it. A dermatologist can clear it up fast with the right cream or tablet.
Wishing you a quick recovery 💗

@Boys2MenGuide How do you separate cortisol face fat from water retention, high body fat, or just bone structure?

@Boys2MenGuide Is this backed by studies or just observation? Got any sources?

Most girls train glutes wrong because they don't understand this:
Your glutes attach to your pelvis and spine.
If your pelvis is tilted or your posture is off, no amount of squats will give you the shape you want.
Here's what actually matters:
1. Fix your pelvic position first
Anterior pelvic tilt = flat side glutes + sticking out belly.
Stretch hip flexors. Strengthen your core.
2. Train through full range of motion
Half reps = half results.
Deep squats. Full hip thrusts. Stretch and squeeze.
3. Target ALL three glute muscles
• Gluteus Maximus → hip thrusts, squats
• Gluteus Medius → abductions, side kicks
• Gluteus Minimus → lateral walks, single leg work
4. Strengthen your lower back
Weak back = poor posture = bad glute activation.
Back extensions. Deadlifts. RDLs.
5. Walk daily 8–10k steps
Glutes are activated through walking more than you think.
Your body is a system.
Train it like one. 🔥

Stretch marks are not horrifying, they're proof your body grew and protected a whole human life. 🤍
Most women get them. It's biology, not failure.
A few things that genuinely help:
🔸 Bio-Oil or cocoa butter daily: keeps skin elastic
🔸 Stay hydrated : dry skin marks deeper
🔸 Strength training postpartum: tightens the core back up
🔸 Time : they fade from red/purple to silver naturally over 6–12 months
But honestly? The women who love their bodies post-birth are the happiest.
Your body did something incredible. Treat it like it. 💪🤍
