@paulmilesrogers @JackieSadek Sure there are some but it is better to encourage place makers ie Local Authorities to plan for a different future community hubs: housing, health education entertainment leisure arts crafts and some but fewer shops all supported by 21st Century technology.

M&S closing Bedford today after almost 90 years of profiteering from the Bedford community. Not saying they should not move on but surely they have responsibility to help the transition in the town centre to alternative usage. It used to be called corporate social responsibility!
