Nobs. This tweet had absolutely no reference to a tribe. Growing up in PH we had relatives and domestic workers who my parents will discourage from traveling to the village to go distribute their hard earned wages to. Every year as a college student in America I would get that call urging me not to expend my savings on a trip to Nigeria, only if my parents bought a return ticket. Today realize, I was certainly blessed! It thought me how to be prudent with finances and not fall into the cycle of poverty.
