This variant of “eat the rich” people think that their wealth won’t be stripped from them under socialism or communism. Despite the strange reasoning they use to convince themselves and others of an exemption to the effects of the ideologies they advocate for, the source of their wealth as well as their possessions will be state controlled. This matters because most of what they own comes from sources that these books would define as exploitative labor, which of course includes their car, house, clothes, and technology. To ensure fairness, and the true implementation of the ideologies mentioned, all of these things even including let’s say, a company associated with a livestream that makes money for example, will be seized and controlled by the state. Depending on how socialist or communist a regime is, they’ll either continue operating in some form similarly to how they operate now, or straight up be sent to the coal and bauxite mines. What does this mean for everyone who isn’t rich like them? Your conditions will not only remain the same but get worse, and you’ll be locked into a life and career path which is determined by the state. You’ll have zero freedom of self determination, speech or expression, be poorer than you’ve ever been, and will likely starve to death while the very people with the riches who advocated for this, will either share your fate or become a tool of the state to subject you to the above mentioned. And just to be very clear, while these books will grant reasoning for the technicalities someone like piker may use to argue why what I mentioned won’t affect him, history will show you that such technicalities won’t spare you from something like a hypothetical future variant of Stalin, just as it wouldn’t have spared him or you, in the time of actual Stalin, Lenin, or any other character who implements the delusions of Marx.

The reality of American life today: Jeff Bezos, worth $290 billion, spent: $10 million on the Met Gala $120 million on a penthouse $500 million on a yacht Meanwhile, he‘s planning to throw 600,000 Amazon workers out on the streets and replace them with robots. Unacceptable.
