Performance: From “Quirkless” to soloing multiple top-tier villains in the Final War. Insane growth, tactical genius, and physical stats off the charts—undisputed #1.
2. Bakugou Katsuki
Quirk: Explosion (final awakening massively boosts power and control).
Performance: From the Sports Festival all the way to the Final War, his explosive firepower, close-combat instinct, and clutch moments in desperate situations are elite.
3. Todoroki Shoutou
Quirk: Half-Cold Half-Hot (final balanced dual-element + Prominence Burn).
Performance: Hero Killer arc, Sports Festival, and Liberation War all shone. Perfect mix of area control and precision—offense and defense in one.
A-Tier
4. Tokoyami Fumikage
Quirk: Dark Shadow (fully liberated in the end).
Performance: Nearly unstoppable in darkness; absolutely dominated in the Final War with massive range and destructive power.
5. Yaoyorozu Momo
Quirk: Creation.
Performance: Strategic genius. In the Final War she created large-scale support tools and counterattacks—Quirk potential is basically limitless (as long as she has the knowledge).
6. Kirishima Eijirou
Quirk: Hardening (final Unbreakable form).
Performance: The ultimate tank. Insanely durable with strong counterattacks; repeatedly stood on the front line against heavy hitters.
7. Iida Tenya
Quirk: Engine.
Performance: High-speed mobility and team charges. His support role in the Provisional License Exam and Final War was outstanding—speed is power.
8. Shinsou Hitoshi
Quirk: Brainwashing (final + artificial vocal cords “Personality Chord” + capture weapon).
Performance: Direct combat is his weak point, but his tactical value is off the charts. In the Final War he pulled off “Operation Troy,” brainwashing to deceive All For One and lure the enemy—key to the entire battle. His Quirk’s limitations were perfectly patched by equipment, giving him huge upside.
B-Tier
9. Uraraka Ochako
Quirk: Zero Gravity (final self-float + precise control).
Performance: Her personal duel against Toga in the Final War was brilliant—floating enemies + close combat combo. Massive growth.
10.Asui Tsuyu
Quirk: Frog.
Performance: All-rounder—jumping, tongue, swimming, toxin detection. Excellent support in the Forest Training Camp and Final War.
11. Shouji Mezou
Quirk: Dupli-Arms (multiple arms + multiple senses).
Performance: Unbeatable in reconnaissance and multi-target melee. Handled intel and rescue perfectly in the Final War.
12. Ashido Mina
Quirk: Acid.
Performance: Acid dissolution + sliding mobility. Great area control; stood out in the Provisional License Exam.
13. Jirou Kyouka
Quirk: Earphone Jack.
Performance: Sonic attacks + super hearing. Used sound waves to disrupt enemies in the Final War.
14. Kaminari Denki
Quirk: Electrification.
Performance: High-output area electric shocks are strong, but the short-circuit brain-fry is a fatal flaw.
C-Tier
15. Sero Hanta
Quirk: Tape.
Performance: Spider-Man-style mobility + binding. Great for support and restraint.
16. Aoyama Yuga
Quirk: Navel Laser.
Performance: Precision shooting + redemptive moments in the Final War. His Quirk has real burst potential.
17. Ojiro Mashirao
Quirk: Tail.
Performance: Pure martial artist with tail assistance. Solid hand-to-hand foundation.
18. Satou Rikidou
Quirk: Sugar Rush.
Performance: Short-term super strength after eating sugar—perfect for brief, intense brawls.
19. Kouda Kouji
Quirk: Anivoice.
Performance: Summons animal armies in the right environment. Strong support, but very map-dependent.
D-Tier
20.Hagakure Toru
Quirk: Invisibility.
Performance: Top-tier scouting and ambushes, but lacks offensive options. Needed the team to shine in the Final War.
21. Mineta Minoru
Quirk: Pop Off .
Performance: Creative sticky traps (especially the sticky-bomb rain in the Final War), but overall combat power and maturity are the lowest.
