@dethkomic The funny thing is, my old doctor told me I had hyperthyroidism but didn't give me medication for it because my numbers fluctuate too much. I guess they're not fluctuating now 😅

I got an answer. I have hyperthyroidism. That's causing my high heart rate. They're giving me medication to start with, and I have to follow up with my regular doctor.

I work at Amazon and there's nothing or no way for me to take the day off today. My aunt is being taken off life support and we're waiting to hear about her passing. They said they can't accommodate me because 1. I'm seasonal, 2. She's not dead and 3. She's just my aunt. The fuck

@AMartianOnMars I'm sorry to hear about what's going on in your family. Honestly, if you can risk getting fired, just tell them you're calling off, tomorrow. They may fire you. They may realize they can't really do much besides that if you call off, and do nothing.

Like I'm sorry that she isn't conveniently dying while I'm fully employed, I work 40 hours a week but I've only been doing that for 6 months so it doesn't count. I'm so angry and depressed and frustrated I just wanted one or two days to care for my mom and theres nothing I can do
