We've had few problems with phantom login lately which could be the source of the issue. If those do not work, the best option might be to try adding another login method (like Backpack) to your account and sign in with that

@emmincrypto @AlphaordinalsX @solanamobile @AuroryProject We may also be having a rare RPC issue where the SGT isn't being properly detected so if you'd rather just share your Aurory ID with me I can have our dev look into it and grant you the chest egg after verifying eligibility You can find your account ID on the settings page here

@emmincrypto @AlphaordinalsX @solanamobile @AuroryProject If you go to app.aurory.io/profile/settin… and scroll down to connected wallets, you need to link a secondary wallet (can be any burner) before you can unlink the wallet holding the SGT. Once you've unlinked it, reconnect it to your account and you should see a chest egg notification

@deuxaces @solanamobile @AuroryProject Will try this later. Thank you for spending the time to try and solve this issue. Most likely a phantom wallet issue. If we can only connect our seeker wallet directly ,we wouldn't have this issue.

Looks like you actually had connected that wallet before this campaign started, so if you unlink and then reconnect it to your account, it should trigger the check from our system and you should see a notification letting you know that you received the chest egg

J'ai relié mon compte discord tout ça sur le site . mais je n'ai rien et en jeu non plus je n'ai rien . Plein de joueurs se plaignent d'avoir des difficultés à connecter le téléphone seeker directement et a avoir la reward

@AlphaordinalsX @solanamobile @AuroryProject hmm...you should have received it automatically if you connected with a wallet holding your SG NFT. Can you try unlinking that wallet from your account and then relinking it to retrigger the automatic check/granting process from our system?

@deuxaces @solanamobile @AuroryProject Yes I did . Can't really connect our seeker wallet, but imported to phantom wallet..it works on other dapps but not on seekers of tokane . Wallet connected but where's the egg? Where do we get it.
