The Execution: Stop trying to swallow the entire goal at once. Success is built by breaking tasks into manageable chunks. The Weight: Leadership is heavy because it’s shared. You cannot give up when other people depend on you; the mission always comes first, even before your own temporary happiness. The Balance: Guarding your energy is a business strategy. Learn to relax sometimes and have the courage to say "no" to the "good" things so you have the focus and effort required to achieve the "great" ones. The work continues. 💼🚀
