We’re introducing a new bootcamp at Dev & Design designed for people who want to move from ideas to building real, functional products that can stand on their own in the real world. The 8weeks program is structured into two tracks that work independently but complement each other: Builder Track is focused on taking an idea from idea to product. Founder Track is designed for people who already have a product or are actively building one and want to turn it into a business. It focuses on how to position the product in the market, build distribution channels, generate revenue, and gain global founder opportunities. The bootcamp is built to support both early-stage builders and those ready to think at a business level. Registration is now open for enrolment into either track. Link in bio to apply.

The biggest competitive advantage in Al isn't the model, it's the user experience. The best Al products don't win because they have the smartest models. They win because they help people achieve outcomes with less friction. At the end of the day, users don't care how intelligent your Al is. They care whether it helps them succeed. What's one Al product you think gets the user experience right?

The goal isn't just to launch a product, the goal is to build something people use, pay for, and recommend. That's the difference between a designer and thinking like a founder. The Founder Track is designed to help you bridge that gap by teaching the business side of product development, from positioning and distribution to revenue and growth. Swipe through to see the benefits you'd get from joining the ship and found founders track.

You see that madness people thought Tech would give to you? This is the time you will literally have to be mad to push the needle You will think AI made it easier No! AI made it too layered. Everything is too layered into pieces now and coupling them together will make you mad

A product doesn’t become a business simply because it’s been launched. Many aspiring founders spend months building an MVP, only to realise that the real challenge starts afterwards: finding users, positioning the product, building distribution channels, and generating revenue. These are founder challenges, not just product challenges. That’s why we introduced the Founder Track in our Ship & Found Bootcamp to help builders think beyond launching a product and learn how to grow it into a sustainable business. Comment BUILD and we’ll send you the details.

Lately, I’ve been getting the same question in my DMs. “Do you only vibe code?” The answer is no. I understand why people ask. Over the past few months, I’ve shared a lot about AI, vibe coding, and building with modern tools. From the outside, it probably looks like that’s all I do. But that’s only one part of my journey. Before I started exploring vibe coding, I was already passionate about building digital products. I design mobile apps. I design websites. I think about user experience before I think about pixels. At some point, I wanted to do more than just hand my designs to developers. I wanted to build them myself. That’s what led me to Webflow. Today, I build responsive websites and enjoy seeing ideas move from a design file into a real product that people can interact with. At the same time, I’ve been intentionally learning modern frontend development over the past six months. I’m taking my time because I believe understanding the fundamentals is more valuable than rushing through tutorials. Then AI entered the picture. Like many people, I initially thought vibe coding was simply telling an AI what you wanted and watching it build. It didn’t take long to realize how wrong that was. The quality of what AI produces depends on the quality of what you give it. You need context. You need references. You need clear instructions. You need constraints. You need structure. A vague prompt gives vague results. A thoughtful prompt produces something much closer to your vision. That’s one of the biggest lessons I’ve learned through the @devanddesignhq Bootcamp. It taught me that AI isn’t replacing skills—it rewards people who have them. The better you understand design, products, communication, and development, the better you can work with AI. So no… I don’t only vibe code. I’m a product designer. I’m a Webflow developer. And I’m learning how to use AI as a tool to build better products—not as a shortcut, but as a multiplier. I’m still learning. Still building. Still improving. And I’m excited to see where this journey takes me.

The best investment you can make right now isn’t just learning every new AI tool that launches. It’s developing the thinking that stays valuable no matter which tool is trending. Tools will change but Principles won’t.

From UI UX Designer To Sales Designer A sales designer is the designer who owns the whole line from idea to money. They research the market. - They design the product. - They build it, with AI as their engine. - They test it and validate it, which means confirming real people actually want it. - They strategize for revenue. - And they drive the product all the way to its first paying customer. They do not hand off a file and hope. They own the outcome, and the outcome is revenue. The old designer says, tell me what to design. The sales designer says, I will find what the market wants, build it, and bring you your first sales. One waits for a brief. The other brings the money. The market pays those two people very, very differently.
