Delhi: On the opening of High Commission of Saint Kitts and Nevis in New Delhi, St. Kitts & Nevis Foreign Affairs Minister Denzil L. Today, we officially open the High Commission of St. Kitts and Nevis in New Delhi, the Federation's first resident diplomatic mission in India. Under the leadership of my Prime Minister, @TerranceDrewSKN, and Foreign Minister Dr. Denzil Douglas, I remain committed to building a stronger relationship between St. Kitts and Nevis and India. Deeply honoured to welcome our special guest, Hon. It was a pleasure to meet H.E. Alem Tsehaye Woldemariam, Dean of the Diplomatic Corps and the longest-serving Ambassador of Eritrea to India, during a courtesy call. We held comprehensive and engaging discussions on a range of matters of mutual interest, and I deeply valued His Excellency’s perspectives and extensive experience from his distinguished tenure in India. Our exchange also explored avenues for strengthening diplomatic and developmental cooperation between the Caribbean and Africa, with a shared commitment to advancing sustainable growth and prosperity for our people. In addition, we shared views on the evolving situation in the Middle East, while also reflecting on broader regional and global developments of common concern.
