Today I learned a fancy term for something I've been doing since 2008. Memoization: the process of saving the output to f(n) to a hashmap (dictionary), in order to save time and reduce calls on the stack the next time the function is called with the same argument
@dubknight@scottst3g3man You shouldn’t normally need a belt to maintain proper form. Only when maxing or 3-5 repping high loads - in case something goes wrong.
@scottst3g3man False. Wrist straps and weight belts are good for keeping proper form. I’ve fucked my wrists and back up too many times without them so now I use them all the time. Only use weight belt for legs and certain back exercises tho.
Wrist wraps, belts, elbow wraps, alllll that shit isn’t helping if you’re not going heavy as fuck. It hurts you when you use that shit at lightweight. Too many turds in the gym with no idea...
