I trust posts that sound like someone is still in the problem. Not after the victory. Not after the case study. Right in the middle of the mess. That’s where the useful insight usually lives. #BuildInPublic #Founders

Builders love tools. But tools don’t save bad workflows. If your process is messy, a new app just gives the mess a nicer interface. #IndieHacker #StartupLife

Hot take: most “content problems” are actually positioning problems. If people keep asking “what does this do?” your message is not sharp enough yet. No thread, post, or tweet can hide that. #Marketing #SaaS

The thing that made my workflow better was boring. I removed one repeated step. That’s it. But boring fixes compound fast when you’re building every day. #BuildInPublic #MakerLife

I’ve never trusted “it’s just a small manual step.” Small steps are where time disappears. One copy. One paste. One reformat. Do that 30 times and your day is gone. #Developer #Productivity

A lot of founders are building the wrong thing faster. That feels productive right up until users get confused. Speed doesn’t fix clarity. Clarity fixes clarity. #Startup #ProductThinking

The best product feedback is usually annoying to hear. Not “love this.” Not “looks great.” It’s the sentence that points at the exact thing slowing someone down. That’s the real roadmap. #SaaS #Founders

2 prompts… and boom — session limit hit again 😅 Been happening for the last 4–5 days now. I’m only using @claudeai Sonnet, nothing crazy. Anyone else facing this or just me? 🤔 Is this a bug or some new limit I missed? #AI #Claude #AItools #DevLife #StartupLife

Most “marketing problems” are actually clarity problems. If people can’t explain what you build in one sentence, you don’t need more content. You need a clearer product. #saas #startup

Building in public only works when you stop trying to look impressive. The posts that get responses are usually the ones where you admit what’s broken, what’s unclear, and what you’re still fixing. #buildinpublic #indiehacker

Tiny daily progress beats heroic weekends. 1 shipped thing, 1 customer conversation, 1 honest post. That’s enough to keep a builder moving without turning life into a sprint. #indiehacker #productivity

The underrated skill in SaaS? Saying no early. Every “small feature” becomes a maintenance tax later. The best products are often just a long list of things the founder refused to build. #saas #buildinpublic

Realized something while working on sourclip.com : I was gatekeeping YouTube and PDF capture behind Pro… which makes no sense, because that’s where most useful content comes from. So I’m changing it. In v1.3, free users will also get YouTube + PDF capture (with limits). Sometimes you just have to fix your own mistakes. #buildinpublic #indiehackers #saas #founders

Gotta admit — @sama playing this smart. Give Codex access for free, let people see the quality… and then you compare it to @claudeai Pro where one Sonnet prompt eats ~50% of your limit 😅 Didn’t expect this, but I’m now leaning toward @ChatGPTapp Plus. What do you guys think? #programming #indiehackers

I’ve noticed builders confuse motion with progress. Tweaking the landing page for the 9th time feels productive. Talking to users for 20 minutes usually matters more. #founder #product #saas

If your product needs a 12-tweet explanation, it’s probably not clear yet. The best SaaS ideas feel obvious once you hear them. If you have to keep rephrasing it, the positioning is still fuzzy. #saas #indiehacker

one thing i learned after 200+ tweets is this: “post more” is bad advice. Post better. One honest lesson from a real week beats five generic threads copied from other founders. #buildinpublic #startup

The fastest way to kill momentum? Trying to ship, market, support users, and rewrite the roadmap in the same afternoon. Builders burn out when every task feels equally urgent. #founder #productivity
