Has Wan shipped a single useable product since they went closed source? Wan 2.5 and 2.7 all seem to have flopped and I don’t know a single person using them in their pipeline. They really should just open source at least 2.5 at this point.

I have met with many companies that heavily benefit from my work to discuss the possibility of them supporting me. They frequently commit to do so, but they almost never do. When most companies "support open source", what they mean is they like profiting off it for free.

I can't believe that Nvidia looked at this "AI on top of games filter" and said to themselves this is the future of gaming. Like it or not, this is where Nvidia is heading and they're calling it neural rendering with DLSS 5. The examples they've showed reminded me a lot of those AI generated filter videos on top of GTA V, except that now it is supposed to run in real-time. Honestly, I don't like this current look at all
