@alisinabh @RootCert polymorphic_embeds is annoying, especially because there was a GitHub issue that outlined how to make it work a while ago. But I found creating a strategy for “insert_with_polymorphic_embed”, pretty much just made it work fine. Just had to remember to use it over “insert”.

When an Ecto data model starts to grow, I tend to reach for ExMachina to define factories. In my experience, the macros in the package are easier to maintain than generated fixtures, but I always run into a problem: preloading. #MyElixirStatus

@RootCert We have a test helper, ‘assert_same_ids’ to test functions like the above. Don’t need exact equality. I can see the benefit, but you’re almost testing parts of Ecto at that point. You can safely assume that if the ids are correct, the rest of the document is as well.

Pretty incredible the NBA doesn't have a rule that stops play when a player has a head injury.
