Team, Happy Development Thursday. I want to give a shout out to Luis Rodas. He led the Development Meeting today. The class was about Outbound and Outbound Utilization. Luis impressed the attendees with his extensive knowledge of the area. Well done, Luis!

Team, good morning today, we had our third Development Class for the month "One day in the life of the Network". Mr. Jorge Padilla did an amazing job talking about our different supply chain platforms (SDC,DFC, DBC, MDO, RDC, etc.)!!

Team, we had our Engagement Walk yesterday. Our amazing Non-Conveyable team, surprise us every day. Who knew we had so many scary movies fans in the team. Also, we were amazed to find out we had a former missionary in our crew. Check it out!!!

Team, Jose Garcia lead our first Development session for February. The topic of this month is "Everything they do not tell you about leadership". In today's class Jose shared with associates what leaders on different levels of the platform: AGM, OM, do in daily basis. Great job!

Team, we had our First engagement walk for February. We got to know better Annalisa Esparza and Jose Gallegos. They both gave us great answers in how to start engaging with a team if you transition into a role of leadership. Building strong relationships goes a long way!

Team i want to give a shout out to the entire key 1 Non-Conveyable department. The team was able to turn 98 trailers and 112 on Tuesday and Wednesday respectively. They received burritos today to celebrate this accomplishment!!!
