Whats happening with Byju? They have cancelled my tablet subscription without any information and now customer care is not responding. 10 days already passed, with daily followups. God can save this company now.

I had taken two byju's subscriptions one for tab program way back in 2020 feb and another in 2021 dec for the tuition classes. I had cancelled tuition and got refund, but looks like they cancelled my entire account. You guys are loosing the trust completely. @BYJUS @ByjusSupport
