Wolfsburg being relegated from the #Bundesliga is a jaw-dropping display of ineptitude. A comfort-zone culture that’s been horribly exposed, and Dieter Hecking has damaged his reputation by failing to keep Bochum and now Wolfsburg up. Given the wage bill, it’s truly staggering.

I was confident I could of played a major part this summer for my country after the season I’ve had. I’ve been left shocked and gutted by the decision. I’ve loved nothing more than putting that shirt on and representing my country over the years. I wish the players, all the best this summer 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Southampton chucked out of the play-off final 50 years to the month since that disgraceful Bobby Stokes offside goal won them the FA Cup. Ha fuckin ha. Suck it up Saints fans.

"Your tickets are secure, are you f**king sure" Despite Manchester United’s assurances that digital NFC tickets are fully secure, a major flaw in the @SeatGeek ticketing platform leaves supporters highly vulnerable to unauthorised access. By knowing a fan's Supporter ID and just their surname or postcode, anyone can unauthorisedly view, download, and use their tickets without the owners knowledge. This has already resulted in legitimate ticket holders being turned away at both home and away matches because their tickets had already been scanned. The issue was deliberately kept quiet during the season to minimise disruption, but with the Premier League aiming for fully digital tickets next season, it must be prioritised over the summer. The risk is exacerbated by a club culture where fans have widely shared their Supporter IDs for ticket-forwarding purposes, and instances where Manchester United emails have inadvertently exposed this information. The author urges @SeatGeek and the club to implement a secure, user-led authorizlsation process rather than relying on flawed off-the-shelf solutions. To read more click here: open.substack.com/pub/cheesesofn… Please repost, this is important for all clubs now digital ticket is the future, not just #MUFC

I think this is fake news. Not once in the article have you given evidence on how someone can access your NFC pass by knowing your supporter ID, surname and postcode. We use the same system as United and knowing those 3 details doesn't give another member unauthorised access.

If the FA Cup Final used to be a special day for you, then the first Cup Final you can clearly remember watching will roughly give away your age, as you will have been around 6 or 7 years old 1973 Sunderland 1 Leeds 0

One thing I’ve carried with me throughout this whole journey of content. Gratitude. I mention this story some times now I look back but 2/3 years ago. I walked into town with a pack of waters and used it to interact with people whilst giving out compliments alongside them. 3 years later. Same Ryan. Same objective. Just different jobs/content. An a little bit older haha I look back at that moment and realise how beautiful and simple it was. Making smiles whilst giving out water. So simple yet so effective. I never knew I’d be where I am today but I did have the right aim. Thank you to everyone who supports, likes or even hates 😂 it’s all support in a way. I am grateful and always will be 🙏

Decided not to comment on this yesterday till now, but I’ll be honest. Some of the reactions I’ve seen after the FA Youth Cup final have been genuinely disheartening. Yes, emotions were running high and a few players may not have handled the disappointment in the most appropriate manner in the immediate aftermath. But that’s natural. These are young lads who had just experienced a devastating defeat in one of the biggest moments of their careers to date. What’s the point of being a youth then if you don’t make mistakes? And on JJ Gabriel specifically, some of the discourse has been absurd. He is only 15 years old and has already won the Premier League U18 Player of the Season and the Jimmy Murphy Young Player of the Year award. To be achieving that at his age is extraordinary in itself. One FA Youth Cup final where he doesn’t produce moments worthy of prime Neymar or Ronaldinho is not going to define his career or determine the player he becomes. The vitriol directed at some of these players over isolated moments and one result has been completely disproportionate. These are literally kids representing the badge with immense pride, giving everything for the shirt in a major final. One difficult night does not negate the talent, commitment and potential within this group. You can be disappointed with the result without disparaging young players who have produced an outstanding season and still have enormous futures ahead of them. Support them in defeat with the same energy you celebrate them in victory.
