Ever found yourself in a meeting that felt like a waste of time? Yeah. Haven't we all, right? Here's a pro tip that more people should do: Ask for a clear agenda before committing to joining. Unfortunately, not every meeting organizer does this upfront. And I get it, everyone is busy. Once you FINALLY find that time slot where everyone is free, it's just SEND IT! But we can do better than that. It might feel a bit awkward at first to ping the organizer and say "Hey, so... Can we get an agenda for this?" But trust me, it pays off. More often than not, the organizer appreciates the nudge and realizes they weren't clear on the purpose. This simple act can lead to: - More organized meetings. - Possibly even fewer meetings! - More productive time in your day. So, next time you're invited to a meeting, don't hesitate to ask: "What's the goal here?" You might just save yourself (and some teammates) some valuable time!

This might sound harsh but... Why should I care? This is the question I encourage everyone to ask when reviewing every single line on your resume. Why should the reader care? If it's not obvious, change it or remove it. Watch the full resume review here: youtu.be/kwg3IB58vHw
