One person used to work in an MNC. He took a sabbatical and started preparing for UPSC.
While talking to him, he told me that when he was writing the mains exam in 2025 last year, the company called him and said he was fired and needed to pay back the retention bonus.
He asked for some time, but it was denied. In the same company, he had won the best employee award.
Always remember that no matter how much you sacrifice for the company, you will be fired the very first moment it finds you useless.

Just make sure that you are living your life at least a few moments in a day.
Don’t wait for someday and some later part in life.
Struggle, hustle, and do whatever you want to achieve your goal, but make sure you spend some time on things that make you happy and that you truly want to do, not just for the sake of doing them or for some result.
Always remember, death will come on a random day.

During my childhood, my grandfather introduced me to a concept he called "Share Plate Theory." It wasn't groundbreaking, but it stuck with me for many years.
The idea is simple: if someone shares their plate with you, never take the last bite. Leave it for the person who bought the food.
His reasoning was that the final bite (nivala) is always the most special to the provider, and leaving it is a silent way to show appreciation.

@thecurious_12 Not every great book comes from heartbreak… sometimes the most beautiful stories are written from the people and memories that made life feel lighter and meaningful.

I have recently been reading this poetry book ‘The Winds’ by Kaval Desai. Thank you for sharing this book. The words are honest and a gentle reminder that we aren't alone in our struggles.

@vivek_naskar I haven’t read The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari yet, but I will check it out. And the book I mentioned ...I genuinely feel everyone should read it. It’s really helpful and full of life lessons. You’ll definitely love it.
