UPDATE: We’re actively moving forward with the necessary legal actions, and assessing the likelihood of recovery following the situation with Stream Finance and Stables Labs. Alongside other impacted parties and partners, we’re doing everything possible to find a solution. Here’s where things stand: ➢ All of us have been impacted by Stream Finance’s and Stables Labs’ conduct, resulting in significant losses for stakeholders, centred around the failure to repay borrowed assets. ➢ We’ve repeatedly reached out to Stream Finance and Stables Labs without getting any satisfactory response. ➢ We have appointed a leading law firm, Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, to investigate the situation and advise on formal legal options, including asset recovery. We share the frustration, anger, and disappointment. By coming together and sharing what we know, we strengthen our efforts and give ourselves the best chance of recovering our lost funds.
