Lovely to be able to welcome Wales Chief Nursing Officer @CNOWales Sue Tranka to the Heddfan unit today!! Great discussions with evident shared visions for our Welsh NHS and mental health services!!!

Carol also visited the mental health unit Heddfan meeting our staff and service leads and touring various wards across the site. This leads on from her previous visit to NHS Wales 111+2 service that’s based in Heddfan.

Our final award of the night goes to Wrexham and Flintshire Memory Assessment Service, in the Team of the Year Award, sponsored by Clwyd Recruitment Solutions. The team are committed in reducing waiting times and improving patient services. Well done! #BetsiAwards
