I intentionally avoid everyone attempting to be my friend. I ignore messages and invites. I go out alone and avoid eye contact at work and everywhere else. Most of the time I’m listening to music on my AirPods, at the gym or playing games. I’m genuinely tired of watching everyone I befriend turn into an enemy everytime I stand up for myself when they cross a line. I’m tired of dumbing myself down for someone else’s benefit. I’m tired of backhanded compliments. I’m tired of being treated like an afterthought. I’m tired of keeping people that only show up only to talk down on me but are never there to celebrate with me or encourage me.

No, you’re the foolish one. You keep comparing the top 1% of successful men to the majority of women, while ignoring the reality of poor men. Who was being sent to war at 15 years old?.. Who was working in mines, factories, railroads, and as bricklayers?. Men were the ones exposed to the harshest conditions of life, while women were largely shielded from them. Men couldn't go to school or vote cause they were broke ans poor…That’s why you feel comfortable making these kinds of foolish statements. The mistake men made was not forcing women to face those same realities…being sent to war at a young age, risking their lives, and experiencing the brutality of it firsthand. Maybe then there would be a better understanding of how harsh life really was back then. Same women who were also oppressing black people as slaves. Dumb idiot.
