Good morning. It’s been a hard week and I’m not going to pretend otherwise. I’ve said what I can say publicly and I’m working through the legal process with an attorney. I’m not going to use this space as one to re-litigate events or talk about the details of the case. I won’t be asking for sympathy or giving my side of the story. Will I troll myself? Potentially. Can you give it a shot? Absolutely. But tread lightly. No one trolls me better than I troll me.

This is due to two factors. 1. Declining enrollment is the primary driver. HSE has lost 1,519 students from September 2020 to October 2025, and is simply graduating larger classes than it’s enrolling in kindergarten 2. SB 1 (2025) - the parlor trick. Senate District 31: From the inside, looking out, I’ll give you my honest assessment here. Me: By far the most qualified candidate running… and will handily defeat whichever republican they try to put in front of me in November. I literally advised this office under 4 governors, 3 caucus leaders, two speakers of the house and 1 pandemic. I know where the bodies are buried. The Sheriff: He and I formed a great relationship over these past 90 days. I like the guy a lot. I expect him to win and expect him to bring the caucus a much needed Jim Arnold vibe. I think if he can connect with the millennials in fishers a little bit more he’ll easily win in November Lassima: I don’t have enough good things to say about her. She’s an absolute sweetheart, and her hearts in the right place she can connect with voters that has a tremendous record of service. I’ve been really grateful to share stages with her and Hope we keep in contact. Catherine: State Party’s favorite. Not a serious candidate. The realtor took a shot at the sheriff via a mail piece about ICE and it didn’t land like she wanted. When you’re sending out negative ads in April you’ve run out of ideas. Who pays for hate mail? The realtors association. So on brand it hurts. Even if she won the primary, there’s no way she flips the seat in Nov as I think Jen Keefer is going to win the Republican primary and Jan is just a lot more likable. Has better ideas. And Jan has Jack. And Jack is awesome.

None of the Trump primary candidates will win. All the Senate incumbents will keep their seats. 1000% certainty. The Senate is the upper chamber for a reason. The circus belongs in the House. Hope this helps
