@1nOradar I'd argue that Dame, Ja, and Deni are the top three, just because if they don't fit well together, the whole team is screwed But I do like Toumani and Clingan being high, because we need them to be those consistent defensive players for us.

@1nOradar Toumari's defense slipped last season because he was gambling way too often. Hopefully he stops that and just gets back to being the elite perimeter defender we know he is.

@Dame_Time1023 Now this team had no problem forcing turnovers. Camara and Sidy leading the way, with I'm sure Thybulle and Jrue up there too. But imagine if the turnovers Portland forced didn't result in their own turnovers or a bad offensive set being ran.

@blazers_palace Entering another year of the young guys developing, and who knows? One could take another leap. This team also has a coach who'll play to the strengths of our players, unlike Tiago. Retained Rob, got Ja, who can maybe become a star-level player again. Still got the trade deadline

Being realistic about the blazers ceiling next season as currently constructed, they are no better than a 7th seed again. The worst part of it all is punting away another good Dame year as he ages. Even when we had the assets, nothing materialized. It’s kinda demoralizing as a fan.
