My girlfriend was jobless and going through a tough time, so I asked her to move in with me. I covered everything rent, food, bills no complaints, because I cared about her. Over time, she got back on her feet and finally landed a job. I was proud of her. But now she’s saying she wants to move out to “have her own space and peace.” And I’m not against that but the timing feels weird.

Basically, this guy is in a complete mess. His wife went into labor while he was out at a bar watching a football match with his friends. She actually called him to say the contractions had started, but instead of rushing home, he told her to wait for him. He stayed to finish the match, thinking he had plenty of time. But by the time halftime even rolled around, she had already delivered their son without him being there. When he finally showed up at the hospital, the vibe was completely dead, she was quiet and distant. She told him straight up that he abandoned her when she needed him most. He tried to defend himself by saying he didn't realize it would happen that fast, but she wasn't having any of it. She took the baby, moved to her parents' house, and said she was done with the marriage. Now, he’s been served with divorce papers. Even though he and his family are begging her, she’s not listening, and he claims he honestly doesn’t know what else to do.
