@BarbLarochelle Do you really think the ucp have a breadth of understanding of what it takes to be a first year teacher? I had 10yrs of EA experience before I did my BEd and my 1st year teaching was very hard! #abed

It's good that the CUSMA Advisory Committee is diverse. My assumption, when seeing Lisa Raitt's name on the list, was that she'd back off from being a partisan pundit on political shows. Surprised to see her on a panel on @PnPCBC today.

Alberta premier rejects Opposition claims UCP interfering on electoral boundaries
Commissioner Susan Samson says “something or someone” sure did, but doesn’t expect to ever learn the truth.

@LibArtsAndMinds @KathrynMathias1 She is intent upon misrepresenting everything that Prime Minister Carey or does. This is becoming very tiresome.

Kate is absolutely wrong about the EU not picking up on PM's Davos speech & strategy. Worse, she continues to suggest they all have deals. They don't really & are fighting back. Has she not listened to them? They are very vocal & in the news. Expand your horizons Kate,😉. #PnPCBC

@HealthCoalition Smith's latest "scam' is going to overwhelm and decimate our public health system.

Insurance giants are working hand-in-glove with the Smith government to create a private, for-profit fast lane for what should be publicly insured care—and a slower, deteriorating public lane for those who can’t afford to pay, writes Nikolas Barry-Shaw. breachmedia.ca/pandoras-box-d…

@Stoker235 @roulinski @stephenharper @idualliance How can she stand there as she tears Alberta apart? This premier, I’m sure will go down in history as one of the absolute worst in Alberta timeline.
English

This is a lying bitch. I hate her with all my heart and I hope Alberta does like Hungary did to Orban
Is @stephenharper still driving the separatist through his @idualliance ?

@BarbLarochelle The UCP devoid of integrity. They are a party of patronage and backroom deals. We cannot trust them with th!e future of Alberta.

Alberta’s premier faced allegations of gerrymandering and election rigging Thursday over a plan to change the electoral boundaries drawn by an independent commission. As Sean Amato reports, court challenges are now expected. #ableg #cdnpoli

$9.4 billion deficit.
+40,000 government jobs.
$6.9 billion on salaries.
$1.1 billion on consultants.
That’s where your money is going.
Not better outcomes. Not more efficiency. Just more bureaucracy.
This is what happens when government grows faster than the people it serves.
Watch.

@ABDanielleSmith Alberta WAS the place to be until the UCP showed up!
Now we deal with the highest education tax increase in Alberta’s history, my house insurance increased 30%, highest electricity rates among all provinces, reduced seniors benefits, DTC clawback, and an ADAP debacle.

The worst Premier EVER.
Mary Nelson@nelsmary88
@ABDanielleSmith Highest electricity rates among provinces. Highest insurance. Clawing back payments to disabled Albertans. Lowest per student funding. Endless corruption and cronyism. But hey, at least you bonded with a Saudi prince over global poverty.

Again, this is what happens when you'd rather sit down and consult with "Berta Proud Dad" and David Staples about education over actual education experts.
Allison Jade@da95824
He thinks reading & math skills are down in *K-3* because teachers are too political and there are misc flags? Not the huge class sizes and lowest per student funding in Canada. Not the lack of supports or new curriculum with no resources. No...must be "activist teachers".

@basshooker2 @RadioFreeTom So thats what it all comes down to...big money to be made.

"One person familiar with their interactions noted that Trump had a habit of confusing tactical advice from Caine with strategic counsel."
Almost as if Trump didn't understand that operational wins do not automatically mean strategic success.
