That argument applies to any zoning changes, regardless of whether they’re enacted at the state or local level, doesn’t it?

@dgouldin @AirspeedParker The rights of the neighbors to enjoy a single family neighborhood, which was in place when they bought their property. This effectively removes all single family zoning and converts it to multifamily zoning.
