You're right @Jeremy_Hunt, it won't Must look at retention as well as recruitment- & a *major* driver out of the profession (& to LTFT) is punitive pension taxation. This *must* be adressed with a tax unregistered scheme, exactly like you have done for the judges RT if agree

BUT, as someone who tried & failed to get 5000 more GPs into the system, I don’t think this package will turn the tide. We got 000s more graduates into GP surgeries, but we didn't make progress because experienced GPs were retiring/going part time faster than new trainees arrived

Today marks one year since we have had our DaVinci XI robot @SalfordRoyalNHS . We’ve so far managed to treat over 150 kidney cancers successfully using this minimally invasive technique. Here’s to treating many more patients! 🎂 🤖 @euanagreen @SatishMaddineni @SKTolofari
