It's been a busy few weeks for all our students - tasty Easter treats S1 decorated biscuits and created krispie cakes #RISE

Great start to week @dgs_he from S3 classes completing the National 3 Practical Cookery exam. Excellent focus on knife skills, cookery processes, testing for readiness and presentation. 👏

1P10 were so excited about their first practical in the kitchens today. Learning to use the grill to make pizza buns 🍕

Italian week @DGS_HE, S1 pizza bun, S2 wholemeal pizza, and Practical Cookery chicken milanese on Spaghetti Pomodoro. Great skills developed, producing well presented and delicious food 👏 #RISE

Three of our English teachers took part in a candle painting evening hosted by @dgs_ec and Miss Galbraith. Canapes and mocktails were delicious and it was a wholesome way to unwind for the evening ☺️ thanks to the hospitality team for spoiling us!
