@UPS and @UPS_Europe , when did UPS become a logistics company that can't do logistics? On Oct 5, I sent an expedited package from Germany to the US, with projected delivery on Oct 11. On Oct 16, is has still not left Germany!!! I regret not taking a competitor!

@timoelliott @vijayasankarv I'm not a fan of marketecture at all. Perhaps its because I see too many godawful marketecture diagrams. They all look like an intern was given a creative cloud license, not cautioned that less is sometimes more and turn out overly busy, incomprehensible... things.

@vijayasankarv I'm actually a big fan of marketecture, as long as it's made clear that's what it is: a simplifying device to help explain something really complex (and there is clearly an "optimal simplicity" point, with 3-5 high-level concepts broken down into at most 3-5 sub-blocks each... )
