Instead of a #oneword this year, I’m doing it differently. For my post concussion syndrome, my doc had me adopt the “Push, Pause, & Progress” mindset & approach to healing. This approach also applies to more than physical healing & will guide me through 2026. I will push boundaries, pause to reflect, & then progress. Keep moving & doing. #HappyNewYear2026 friends!
