Maybe because he’s still under a gag order. People mad at him keep forgetting or discarding the fact that this went before a judge and a judge found the docs position to be worth a settlement of millions of dollars. If the judge thought what he did was wrong he would not have been awarded a massive settlement. But I dunno. Without receipts it’s impossible to tell since everyone will interpret it along their bias.
