I'm playing Baldur's Gate 3 for the first time and I think this might be a system designer's dream game. A lit candle in the environment has the same 'burning' status effect as when you set people on fire, but the candle has fire resistance so it doesn't ambiently destroy itself

The Weapon Bequethed Harmonia fight might be aesthetically the best thing I've ever seen From Software do. The arena gradually lightens into this Rococo landscape of paradise, all god rays and sheets of gossamer. It feels like you're killing Heaven
