@ScotRail why do you use "Glasgow Ctl" and "Glasgow QSt" on the monitors in your local Glasgow stations? The important information is given as 3 letters which are hard to distinguish from afar. Why not spell out the important information: "Gl Central" and "Gl Queen St"?

Back from #DHC2024 where I talked about the importance of understanding the full pipeline of the methods used, and why off-the-shelf tools need triangulation and control to assure valid #digitalhumanities research. As a case study, I dissected textual emotion detection. 2/1

It has been a complete joy to be able to attend, present and connect with old and new fellow DH colleagues at the #DHC2024 @dhishef.
