Marine Lance Corporal James Walden III was killed by an illegal alien in a hit-and-run in 2017. The alien, Martin Martinez-Ballinas, should have NEVER been in our nation and has been taken into ICE custody and will be deported. Our prayers are with the family, friends, and loved ones of Lance Corporal Walden.

This OBAMA-RELEASED illegal alien murdered TWO PEOPLE in Texas. Jefferson Adonai Velasquez-Torres, from El Salvador, was arrested following a shooting which killed a 27-year-old. He had also already been charged for his involvement in the murder of a 17-year-old. Together with our Texas law enforcement partners, ICE is working to ensure this public safety threat is NEVER again loose on our streets.

#EXCLUSIVE An illegal immigrant from El Salvador charged in two separate Houston homicides now has an ICE detainer lodged—DHS asking Texas not to release him. According to DHS, Jefferson Adonay Velasquez-Torres is charged in the August 2025 killing of 17-year-old Angel Garcia at a house party and the April 2026 shooting death of 27-year-old Noah Ramirez outside a Houston nightclub. He also faces charges of aggravated robbery and unlawfully carrying a weapon. ICE has lodged a detainer with the Harris County Jail, requesting that officials notify the agency before any release. DHS says Velasquez-Torres illegally entered the U.S. through Texas as a minor in 2014 and was released into the country by the Obama administration. Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis said, “This criminal illegal alien has been charged with TWO counts of murder after two fatal shootings in Houston. He would not be in our country if it weren’t for the reckless open-border policies of the Obama Administration. ICE asked officials in Texas to not release this heinous murderer from jail without notifying ICE. Thankfully, Texas cooperates with us and together we will ensure this public safety threat will never be loose on our streets.”

Many of these kids were victims of sex and human trafficking, and allowed to live with unvetted sponsors.
