DANIEL BRIERE DROPS THE HAMMER‼️‼️‼️ The #Flyers have tendered an offer sheet to star Anaheim center Leo Carlsson (21): 5 years, $18M AAV The 2nd overall pick in the 2023 NHL Draft had 67 points (29 G, 38 A) in 70 games last season. Anaheim has a week to match the offer or accept four first round picks in compensation…it has been reported that they’ll match anything that comes their way.

I am at a 5 as well. This offseason has been frustrating and not all Danny’s fault. On one hand, they had to play the hand that was dealt to them in the draft, but they didn’t help themselves and reached a lot in the draft and didn’t draft the obvious talent on the board. At the same time, while I’m happy he’s not making brain dead overpay moves like a lot of teams are this offseason, a good GM has to find diamonds in the rough. He hasn’t done that.

What’s your confidence level right now in Danny Briere on a 1-10 scale right now? I’m right now at about a 5 where I was at a 7.5 last year personally. Not screaming fire him yet, but I’m definitely getting a little nervous

I’m in on Sokolovskii! I love the London Knights program and at 6’7 that range is absurd defensively (Last 2 drafts I do believe Briere/Jones became TOO obsessed with size and I’m hoping that doesn’t backfire with Ryan Lin still available) #Flyers
