Insurance companies are quick to take your money every month, but when it’s time for them to deliver service and support, the excuses begin. No customer should have to fight for basic communication, empathy, or assistance after faithfully paying premiums. To the public: please be careful and do thorough research before choosing an insurer. Good premiums mean nothing if the customer service fails you when you actually need help. Reliability, accountability, and treating customers with dignity should matter just as much as affordability.
