I feel bad for all the guys here that aren’t as lucky to just move to another job. But I don’t see much of a future for this company in the tower industry. They may be better in the other departments but the tower side has been a joke

They tell you to take a day off cause you been out here for almost 5 weeks and then not even 2 hours later say they actually need you to go to a site. I’ve never seen a bigger joke for a company and I honestly wonder how they have grown this big. They go way over job hours billed

They move you from town to town for weeks before they finally find where they want you to work. Formans don’t even know how to build out the equipment and just tell you to figure it out. We are given a scope of work from a company we are contracted with and we do what we want

My company is literally the most unorganized, chaotic, trash company. I get paid less than what they advertise for the job, they don’t provide any kind of tools or anything, they make you maintain their trucks for them on your own time.

I know I just started this job 4 weeks ago but this job hasn’t been good at all. Only good thing I got from it was some padded time away from home and got to see the mountains

Spent the weekend and half the week padded, unfortunately I couldn’t wear today cause of the work I’ll be doing. But maybe after work I can pad back up

Headed to fort Morgan for more classroom training. I may not like classroom time but it’s a good week to be diapered

Going to have a chill day tomorrow, going to be padded and playing fortnight. New season has been fun
